Globe Telecoms just introduced their all-consumable plans with freebies. Globe’s My Fully Loaded Plan starts with PhP 299 pesos a month. You also have the option to add a free handset but you will be subjected to a 24-month lock-in period where you cannot downgrade your plan within the said period.
