Internet Explorer 8 Promises Higher Security

Internet Explorer 8After Google and Firefox released each of their own browsers, it sees that Microsoft is coping up with the second generation browser wars. Microsoft recently released its latest version of IE, the Internet Explorer 8 RC1 (Release Candidate 1), promising its consumers a faster, easier and safer browsing experience.

To compete with both Firefox and Chrome, Microsoft incorporated with IE some features present within the two prominent browsers.  They also added several features unique to IE8.

Among the promising features of the new IE are the following: Accelerator, Visual Search, Web Slices, Smart Screen Filter and Automatic Crash Recovery among others.
