Fast mobile internet browsing is getting popular these days. Unlike before wherein you have to shell out a huge amount of money in order for you to get a decent mobile broadband connection, mobile web browsing these days has never been faster, cheaper and easier with Globe Tattoo Broadband.

Design

What makes Globe Tattoo’s HSDPA dongle different from other mobile broadband dongles is its design. Globe Tattoo’s designs fits in to the users personality. Occasionally, Globe Tattoo releases different sets of skin packs. You can check the Globe Tattoo Broadband New Skins section of their website for the latest dongle designs. Also, if you want to design your own Tattoo, you may submit your design at the Globe Tattoo Broadband Gallery. The best designs will be receiving P5000.00 cash and they’ll get a chance to see your own design on to actual Globe Tattoo USB skins.

Making the most out of Globe Tattoo

1. Choosing the right connection

Globe Tattoo Broadband offers four different types of connections; GPRS, EDGE, 3G and HSDPA. The type of signal that you’re going to use will depend on the type of service available on the servicing cell. For most downtown areas of major cities, HSDPA is used. But there are instances (when inside the building, moving vehicle or any enclosed area) wherein HSDPA signal is not available, Globe Tattoo will automatically select the next best signal that is available in the area.

You may also manually select your preferred network connection by setting it in the Network tab of the Globe Broadband Software Options.

2. Switching between Time Browsing and KB Browsing

Globe Tattoo adds versatility to your browsing needs. Users may choose between time browsing and kb browsing. With time browsing, users will be charged according to the time spent online during one session while in KB browsing, users will be charged according to the amount of data downloaded while using the service. In my opinion, time browsing is a more practical option than KB browsing since it’s more affordable (P5 / 15mins.). To check which browsing plan you are currently subscribed, text STATUS to 1111.

Mobile internet browsing has never been this good, simply amazing. ;)

Globe Tattoo stick works best when configured to 3G only. Options > Network > 3G Only ;)
