Last weekend, July 20, 2009, Google, along with Globe and Ayala Foundation, hosted a developer workshop in Manila.  The said developer workshop’s topics revolved primarily on the usage of Globe and Google’s APIs in developing applications for businesses and individuals.

Google Developer Advocate Patrick Chanezon discussed OpenSocial and Friend Connect APIs, Google App Engine and the recent developments and improvements in the browser’s Java Script engine.
