Sony PS3 price cut: Somewhere around 200$

After 5 years of being in the market, the Sony PS3 is now having an evident price cut making it somewhere 249$ (or some sources claim retail price at 199$) in an attempt to raise the sales for the console. We know Sony’s been going through some rough times with the issues with the PS network hacking. After giving out some free games and fixing the systems they’re now back in service and trying to get more people to own this console game in their homes.
I’ll admit the price drop is quite tempting. Though I’m not much of a console game player myself I can’t help but maybe actually consider getting myself a PS3 (although come 2012 there are already alleged dates of release for the PS4).
The said price cuts where announced last Tuesday in order to push up the demand for this console. Hmmm, we’ll see what happens though, I wonder how fast this price cut will take effect in Asia. There’s just so many games I have yet to try if I get one of these; Super Street Fighter IV or even Mortal Kombat .
