The N82 is Nokia’s ultimate gadget for photography. It’s Carl Zeiss 5MP Tesar lens captures every detail in a click. No other phone that I have tried can compare to the N82’s brilliance in capturing your subject’s details, whether it’s for macro, portrait and other types of shooting modes.
Another notable feature of N82 is it’s geo-tagging capability. It can utilize your phone’s built-in GPS to embed in the photo the exact location where the photo was taken. I have tried using it with Google Earth and Picasa and it’s perfect. Picasa loads the photo’s geotags into Google Earth and lets Google Earth show where on the

Smart’s new offering, Smart Gold Lite, is a new set of postpaid consumable plans (e.g. 300, 500, etc.). The new product is convenient for those who are tight in budget. Unlike with the normal Smart Gold plans where they normally charge calls at a cheaper rate, Gold Lite charges its mobile users with a fixed rate of 2 pesos per minute for intra-network calls. A normal Smart Gold plan charges users with 4 pesos to 6.50 pesos per minute (4 - 6.50 / min) depending on the type of postpaid plan.

SMS Manager is a very nifty application for your Symbian S60 phone. SMS Manager is an application used to filter messages before it gets into your mobile phone’s inbox. The application will file SMS messages to a specific defined folder under your My Folders by using the sender’s mobile number.

I got the Nokia N82, which is my first Symbian Series 60 phone, from the Philippine Blog Awards 2008. The award I got, the Bloggers’ Choice Award’, was sponsored by Nokia Philippines. The phone Nokia originally gave was the Nokia N95 8GB but I traded it with my friend’s Nokia N82.
This is also the second Symbian S60 phone that i’m going to review after that gaming phone I borrowed from a friend.
I’ll reserve the reasons why I opted for N82 instead of the N95 8GB.

The Nokia N82 has been with me for a couple of weeks already and I thought I might as well publish and announce software downloads of some S60 applications, whether it’s free or not.
I’m new to the S60 platform but I’ll give my best shot to provide you with sources for free applications, themes, games and other goodies for your N82.
