Recently Globe launched a new flagship store in Cebu. The new Globe Flagship store in Cebu is a great push for Globe to create a whole new experience for the customers.
This large flagship store of Globe is divided into three zones.
The sales zone is a beautiful display of gadgets (latest) and services which customers can check out. It’s really a fun place and since the gadgets are loaded with apps which the staff themselves chose, the sales representatives themselves can tell you more reasons as to why you should purchase a certain gadgets.
The service zone looks a lot like an airport check-in counter except this zone has a warm feel. (great choice of lights) If you do happen to have a quick question then they have an express lane for those who don’t really need a lot of answers. They also have a self-service area.
This definitely boosts up customer experience and will probably explain why their sales (especially in post paid plans) have increased within the first week of its operation.
Platinum and Cashier zone
Housing all the billing transactions, this zone is at the back most of the flagship store and beside the cashier is the Corporate accounts section and the most intimate part of the store: the Platinum room.
I wonder how it feels to have a platinum account.
Overall Globe has been aiming to create an entirely whole new customer experience. From their vibrant display of gadgets down to their now even more efficient service, Globe is truly doing it your way. I personally have not seen any other service center or network provider center that can level up to this in Cebu. This is one interesting way for Globe to raise the competition to a whole new level of customer satisfaction.
